Florida Man Saved From Car Under Tractor-Trailer

Orange County firefighters rescued a man Friday morning after his car rear-ended and then became wedged under a tractor-trailer in the Zellwood area. Firefighters had to use specialized rescue tools to disassemble the man's Kia and remove the man, who was airlifted to Orlando Regional Medical Center. Firefighters responded to the accident on Orange Blossom Trail and Robinson Street about 8:30 a.m. The man was not identified and the crash is under investigation by the Florida Highway Patrol.
