USFA Posts Data From The Second Phase Of The National Fire Department Census

Washington, D.C.--The United States Fire Administration (USFA) announces the release of data from the second phase of the National Fire Department Census. The second phase of the National Fire Department Census was conducted from September 2002 through January 2003. This effort in combination with the first phase of the census has resulted in approximately 20,000 fire departments being registered with the census. The first phase of the census was conducted from October 2001 through the spring of 2002.
