The fire also knocked out city wastewater treatment plant service.

The cause is undetermined and arson has not been ruled out, said Brian Keim, Crawfordsville Fire Department investigator. The State Fire Marshall may be called for assistance depending on what fire investigators Dave Steward and Eric Small find today.
