An FDNY EMS medic was seriously injured during an ambulance crash in Oakwood Heights Wednedsay afternoon.
The wreck occurred about 12:45 p.m. on Staten Island, according to DNAInfo.com
Reports indicated the ambulance was not moving when it was struck by another vehicle.
The medic was rushed to Staten Island University Hospital South Campus in serious condition.
