A Menallen Township man has been charged for breaking into and stealing from an Adams County fire station, according to a news release from Pennsylvania State Police.

Police say Timothy Moody, 42, pried back the metal siding to the rear of the Aspers Fire Company on the 1000 block of Center Mill Road and cut through the drywall to gain entrance.

Numerous items were taken, according to police, including a snow blower, ladders, aluminum collars, a computer, printer, scanner and oxygen bag.

On Friday, Police and a fire department member identified ladders on Moody's property at 26 Aspers North Road as belonging to the fire department. Police said they obtained a search warrant and found other missing fire department property inside Moody's home.
