Two California Firefighters Injured in Ambulance Crash

Two San Bernardino County firefighters received minor injuries Wednesday when their ambulance was struck by a vehicle in Hesperia.
Fire officials said the firefighters were heading to an address for a medical emergency at 2:17 p.m. when a vehicle struck the ambulance at the corner of Highway 395 and Main Street.
The firefighters were taken to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton for observation. The driver and passenger in the other vehicle received moderate injuries and were taken to Desert Valley Medical Center in Victorville.
