Boston Firefighters Battle 2-Alarm Laundromat Blaze

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation and the damages are estimated at $350,000.

Boston firefighters battled a two-alarm fire that destroyed a laundromat early Wednesday morning.

Crews responded to the business at 93 Glenville Avenue the Allston section of the city around 3:48 a.m., according to The Boston Herald.

Flames were shooting from the brick building housing the Glenville Laundromat and while the firefighters quickly contained the blaze, several other stores in the same building sustained damage.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation and the damages are estimated at $350,000.
