A dozen Cleveland firefighters -- including six supervisors -- may lose their jobs for a prank they pulled earlier this year.
The four captains, two lieutenants and six firefighters are accused of posting photos of recently retired Chief Daryl McGinnis above urinals in two local bars, according to The Cleveland Plain Dealer.
The incident occurred in August at a firefighter graduation party, the paper reported.

Division of Fire Spokesman Larry Gray told reporters the 12 face punishments face punishments ranging from suspension to demotion to termination.
They have received letters about the probe.
Interim Chief Patrick Kelly or Safety Director Martin Flask will preside over the hearings depending on each firefighter’s level of involvement in the prank.
“We’re definitely not pleased with the alleged actions of these individuals,” Gray told the paper. “By no means does this reflect the integrity of the department.”
McGinnis retired in August after being pulled from his supervisory duty for failing to meet training requirements.
