    Why did the chicken cross the road in Lansing on Thursday morning?

    And, the chickens got some help in the frigid temperatures -- from Lansing firefighters. 

    A garage fire quickly spread to a chicken coop, causing havoc for the cold birds.

    Crews reported there were no injuries to either humans or their feathered friends, WLNS reported.
