Jan. 31--TOWN OF LA GRANGE -- Multiple fire departments from Rock and Walworth counties are fighting a large fire at an egg farm east of Whitewater, Walworth County Dispatch confirmed.
Fire departments including Edgerton, Clinton, Milton and Whitewater were being called out with tank trucks to deal with the fire, which broke out around 7:30 p.m. Friday at S&R Egg Farm, 9416 N. Tamarack Road in La Grange, according to emergency scanner traffic.
The farm is about 10 miles east of Whitewater.
A dispatcher said that the Walworth County Sheriff's Office was on scene at the fire.
No other details were immediately available.
