A firefighter has been injured while fighting a commercial fire in Detroit.
Part of the Palmer Products building has collapsed, according to WXYZ.
The firefighter has suffered significant injuries, when he fell about 10 feet from the base of the truck ladder as he tried to jump out of the way of a falling brick wall, according to reports.
He has been taken to Detroit Receiving Hospital with neck and back injuries.
The fire at the building that contained paint and other hazardous materials has been burning since Feb. 5, and the latest incident was reported just after 5 p.m.
One local station reported one firefighter had 'significant' injuries.
