Four Young Minn. Men Killed in Wreck

Four young men, ages 17, 17, 18 and 20, died as a result of the head-on crash in St. Paul.

March 08--Four young men are dead following a broadside collision near Sleepy Eye on Friday night.

The accident happened around 8:15 p.m. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix was headed west on Highway 14 when it lost control on a curve, entered the eastbound lanes and was struck by an oncoming eastbound 1996 Dodge Ram.

Sleepy Eye Fire and Rescue, the Sleepy Eye Police Department, the Brown County Sherriff's Department and Sleepy Eye Ambulance all responded to the scene. Four young men, ages 17, 17, 18 and 20, died as a result of the accident.

The State Patrol will have a news conference at noon to provide further information.
