Motorcyclist Dead in Crash with Fla. Apparatus

Officials say the Lealman fire apparatus struck the motorcycle early Sunday.

A motorcyclist died after a collision with a fire truck in Lealman early Sunday.

Officials say the fire truck struck the motorcycle around 1 a.m. at 54th Avenue N. and 66th Street. It is unclear whether the apparatus was responding to an emergency.

The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the crash, according to Fox13News.com.
