(ETI) proudly announces that Lucas County and city of Toledo Ohio Fire Departments have selected Visual Fire, a Fire Records Management System (Fire RMS), as the county-wide, multi-agency Fire Records Management System. Lucas County, Ohio issued an RFP in early 2010 for a replacement county-wide Computer-Aided-Dispatch (CAD) System, Mobile Data Software, Electronic Reporting and a county-wide Fire RMS. ETI was selected through its strategic business partner, TriTech Software Systems, to provide a multi-jurisdictional, multi-department Fire RMS for all 15 Lucas County Fire Departments including Toledo Fire Department.

The ETI solution will also seamlessly integrate with TriTech’s Computer-aided Dispatch (CAD) system and Orion’s AgencyWeb.
