Raleigh, NC – November 5, 2010 - Emergency Technologies, Inc. (ETI) proudly announces that Lucas County and city of Toledo Ohio Fire Departments have selected Visual Fire, a Fire Records Management System (Fire RMS), as the county-wide, multi-agency Fire Records Management System. ETI was selected through its strategic business partner, TriTech Software Systems, to provide a multi-jurisdictional, multi-department Fire RMS for all 15 Lucas County Fire Departments including Toledo Fire Department.

He continued, “We congratulate Lucas County and the city of Toledo for their technological leadership and look forward to partnering with the county and city fire departments to provide mission critical solutions that help improve public safety operations for their first responders.”

The Visual Fire solution is a suite of modules that includes a National Fire Incident Reporting System (NFIRS) 5.0 module, mobile field reporting, training and certification records, hydrant information and structural pre-plans, along with several additional modules that will provide the Lucas County Fire Department and city of Toledo with modern technology to increase operational efficiency throughout the organization.  The ETI solution will also seamlessly integrate with TriTech’s Computer-aided Dispatch (CAD) system and Orion’s AgencyWeb.
