Hope For The Warriors® is a national nonprofit organization that assists post-9/11 service members, their families, and families of the fallen who have sustained physical and psychological wounds in the line of duty.
Leadership Under Fire and Hope For The Warriors® seek to honor the shared bond between the fire service and our nation’s military by affording post-9/11 veterans increased access to employment and professional development opportunities in the fire and rescue service.

Aspects of the Paddy Brown Program will include raising awareness about contemporary issues affecting veterans, presenting mental health and employment opportunities available to veterans, and marketing the best human resource management practices in fire departments.
