FARGO (AP) - Forget kittens in trees. Try Labradors on ice. That was the rescue facing Fargo firefighters Tuesday when they got a call about a dog trapped in the Red River. The pooch - a black Labrador named Jack - had escaped his owner's yard despite its electronic fencing and was spotted in the water near El Zagal Par 3 Golf Course, Assistant Fire Chief Larry Schuh said.
