Phenix Technology Achieves Tier 2 Green Business Program Certification
Riverside, CA - Phenix Technology Inc., a leading manufacturer of high-performance firefighter helmets, is proud to announce that it has been officially certified as a Tier 2 Green Business by the City of Riverside Green Business Program and the California Green Business Network
This recognition reflects Phenix’s deep commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices. With only about 4,500 businesses out of over 4 million in California earning a Green Business certification, Phenix joins the elite 0.125% of businesses that have achieved this distinction. The Tier 2 certification demonstrates significant achievements in energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation, pollution prevention, and employee engagement in sustainable practices. Phenix joins a growing list of esteemed businesses recognized for their efforts to help protect the environment while contributing to California’s thriving economy, including Volvo, Canon, and Panasonic.

The City of Riverside formally recognized Phenix, along with other certified green businesses at a City Council meeting on June 24, 2025, where a formal proclamation was presented in honor of these achievements.
