Third of WA Fire Department Resigns after Chief's Ouster

One-third of Onalaska's volunteer firefighters resigned to support their chief after a surprise ouster.

"I resigned to support my Chief. We are a team. We train together. We fight together. We respond together," said Capt. Randy Tobler.
