A Georgia firefighter exposed to Hepatitis while assisting at an incident in 1993 died in July.Fulton County Firefighter Harold Gregory Gibson, 53, died on July 2, according to the USFA.The 12-year veteran contracted Hepatitis C after coming in contact with blood while treating a patient injured in a traffic crash in 1993, reports indicated.Due to medical complications from the disease, Gibson retired in 1998, the USFA reported.
