N.C. Chief Dies Responding to Call

A North Carolina fire chief died Thursday morning while responding to a call with his department. Jimmy Davis Sr., of Maysville, N.C., was responding from his house, but apparently returned to get something when he collapsed and died. He was found near his truck by a family member, according to FireNews.net. Davis was a member of White Oak Volunteer Fire Department. More information will be posted when it becomes available.
