The service information is as follows:
Visitation will be held on Tuesday evening, May 31, 2005 at the Northland Community Church, 530 Dog Track Road, Longwood, FL from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2005 at the Northland Community Church, 530 Dog Track Road, Longwood, FL at 10 a.m.
Procession will be to Woodlawn Memorial Park.
Additional information will be forwarded for emergency vehicles staging location. A trust fund will be established in Lt. Kucera
