James Fugate, 20, a volunteer firefighter in the Collinsville, OK Fire Department, died Tuesday, Jan. 11 after succumbing to injuries sustained in a single vehicle accident Dec. 27, 2004, according to Collinsville Fire Chief Russell Young.
Fugate was en route to the fire station to assist in the response to a page out for a smoke investigation when he lost control of his vehicle, causing it to roll and eject him.
