Grady Roy Austin, a Captain with the Henderson County, Tennessee Fire Department, fell from a pickup truck in route to a training exercise on Monday evening, May 2.

According to Assistant Fire Chief Harold Rushing, Captain Austin, 74, was riding on a truck to attend departmental training about 100 yards away.
