    Tenn. Firefighter Dies on Duty in Station

    Capt. Richard Floersch, 56, was a 36-year veteran with the department.

    A Tennessee firefighter collapsed, and died on duty Wednesday.

    Milan Fire Capt. Richard Floersch, 56, suffered an apparent heart attack in the firehouse.

    Fire Chief James Fountain told reporters Floersch was a 36-year veteran of the department.

    Fountain calls Floersch's death a great loss for the city.

    Funeral arrangements are pending.
