Funeral services are set for Tuesday for a Pennsylvania firefighter who fell ill and died following a call.
Tim Peters, 47, was the past president of Pine Grove Hose Hook & Ladder Company.
Just hours after responding to a call on Thursday, April 30, Peters collapsed at his home. He was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital in Lebanon where he died.
On Sunday, fellow colleagues raised the Fallen Firefighter Flag outside the station. It is flying at half mast with other flags.
He also was past president of the Pine Grove Borough Council. He is survived by his wife and three children.
Visitation will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Pine Grove. Services will begin at 11:30 a.m.
Interment will follow in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery.
