A firefighter, a neighbor, a friend, and a brother in the first responder family. In small communities like ours, these losses hit differently. Firefighters, EMS, law enforcement, dispatchers we all answer the same calls, stand on the same scenes, and carry the same weight. When one of us falls, the entire first responder family feels it."
