After a 40-minute session of job-related PT skills, the participants began the first of two days devoted to classroom presentations on emergency scene operations.
Deputy Fire Chief Phil Guercio, the head of the Operations Bureau, presented a 90-minute session on what it means to be an effective company officer in the Montgomery County system.
