The day began with another round of physical fitness as the participants reversed their groups from the day before and spent time at the weight training circuit, and at the run and outdoor skills circuit.
The fifth day of OCS focused on
the responsibilities of the station officer in managing the daily operations of a fire station and on
learning about the concepts of crew resource management as applied to team work and emergency scene operations.
