Drill #59: Functions Within Operations

Readers will learn about the role of the Operations Section Chief (OSC), who is a member of the General Staff and is responsible for the management of all operations directly affecting the incident.

The drill is designed to be a single page of information to conjure up discussions among your crew members. Sit down and talk about the exercises, and how they may apply to your company. But, just don't read them. Get moving. Head to an appropriate area and train.
