Photos: Fire Engulfs IN Barn

Three departments responded to a fire in a machinery barn in far southwest Indianapolis on July 12.

Decatur Twp. firefighters arrived at the scene around 2 a.m. to heavy fire showing. Units from Wayne Twp. and Indianapolis also responded.

The sheet metal building was several hundred feet away from the nearest hydrant and slowed the process of establishing a water supply. 

The building was a total loss and no injuries reported.
