A massive five-alarm fire ripped through a potato chip and soda warehouse early Wednesday.

"There is extensive, extensive damage to these buildings, just complete losses," FDNY Chief of Operations Kevin Woods told abc7.

The fire in Universal Food Distribution collapsed, but not before spreading flames to other industrial buildings.

Firefighters aboard a boat assisted with the operation.
