Shops Damaged in Early-Morning Strip Mall Fire in Wis.

UNION GROVE, Wis. -- Firefighters were called to battle a fire at a strip mall near 15th Avenue and Highway 11 in Union Grove just before 4:30 a.m. Thursday.

UNION GROVE, Wis. --

Firefighters were called to battle a fire at a strip mall near 15th Avenue and Highway 11 in Union Grove just before 4:30 a.m. Thursday.

The Racine County Sheriff's Department said the fire started in an antique shop -- A Lot of Something -- in the strip mall and spread next door to a Subway food restaurant. Three other stories in the mall had some smoke damage.

An apartment building to the north of the fire also sustained some heat damage.

The antique store and Subway were vacant when the fire started.

No one was hurt.

The cause of fire is under investigation.
