Wildfires Blazing In East Oklahoma

One firefighter was slightly injured.

Fire crews also fought large wildfires in the Prague, McLoud and Stroud areas.

Officials said at least five houses burned around Stroud and Prague. One firefighter was slightly injured. However, once treated, the firefighters went right back out to the scene to help extinguish even more flames.

One of the largest fires in eastern Oklahoma burned in the Bristow area. Crews worked for hours to keep flames away from cattle, who were in the path of this fire.

Officials said there was no word about whether any cattle were hurt in the fires.
