Crews from 14 departments helped to fight the blaze.

The strong winds fanned the flames of several grass fires Tuesday.

This fire moved quickly through dried brush in Irving as firefighters from nearby Grand Prairie came in to help put out the blaze.

Another fire burned almost 200 acres in Flower Mound.

Crews from 14 departments helped to fight the blaze. They evacuated one home but firefighters were able to put out the fire before it posed a real danger to the structure.

And people in east Fort Worth could see the smoke from a fire in Parker County.

The brush fire did not threaten any buildings.

One firefighter suffered smoke inhalation but is OK.
