Carson City, Nevada Wildfire Burns 8,500 Acres

Authorities say between 760 and 890 personnel are fighting the fire this morning. Four firefighters were reported injured along with one civilian.
The Waterfall Fire, which has burned an estimated 8,500 acres and about 15 structures along the west edge of Carson City since Wednesday morning, has climbed into the hills northwest of town.
