A look at some fires across Southern California:

RIVERSIDE COUNTY:

  • Eagle Fire, south of Temecula: 70 percent contained after charring more than 8,900 acres since Sunday. At least 41 structures destroyed, including 14 homes. Hundreds of people ordered to evacuate. Six firefighters suffered minor injuries.
  • Cerrito Fire, between Corona and Lake Elsinore: 65 percent contained after burning more than 16,400 acres since Monday. Six structures destroyed, including two unoccupied homes. Evacuation orders were lifted Wednesday evening, and the fire no longer threatened any homes or structures. Eight firefighters suffered minor injuries. Man arrested for recklessly causing fire.
SAN DIEGO COUNTY:
  • India Fire, at Camp Pendleton: contained Wednesday at 2,050 acres after three days. No structures damaged and no injuries reported.
SANTA BARBARA COUNTY:
  • Cachuma Fire, in Los Padres National Forest, 20 percent contained after burning 1,110 acres since Monday. One trailer and more than 30 vehicles destroyed. Three people suffered minor injuries.
