Seattle firefighters were busy as a two-alarm fire damaged three homes.
A neighbor spotted flames from a home on 46th Avenue SW and called 911 around 4 p.m. Thursday.
Dozens of firefighters arrived as the flames spread to two other homes, KIRO reported.
"One woman was pretty frantic about her dog being stuck in the house, but there was no way to go into the house at that point," a neighbor said.
"We went inside that third house and were able to save a good portion of it," Seattle Fire spokesman Kyle Moore said. "The first house and the second house are total losses."
A Seattle Public Utilities worker told the television station that firefighters encountered water supply issues.
