Two PA Firefighters Injured During House Fire

One firefighter suffered second-degree burns and another was injured in a fall on the ice while battling a fire that broke out at a house in Dunbar Township.

Two Pennsylvania firefighters were injured battling a house fire early Tuesday.

The fire broke out at about 5 a.m. at a home in Dunbar Township, KDKA-TV reports. Residents in the house were able to safely escape the flames.

One firefighter suffered second-degree burns during the fire. Another firefighter was injured in a fall on the ice, according to KDKA.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
