A brand-new battery fan from Super Vac will be unveiled at FDIC 2026. Super Vac's Valor easy-to-source, non-proprietary battery fan line is expanded upon by the new Valor MAX portfolio, which has a brushless motor design with a MAX setting that produces airflows that are almost identical to those of gas-powered fans.

The V-MAX can reach its maximum airflow of 13.531 CFM with a single button push. At this MAX setting, the fan produces 40 percent more airflow than other battery fans and 30 percent more airflow during regular high-speed operation.

“Not only are we proud of these numbers, but we are proud to report that these numbers are third-party certified by AMCA, the Air Control Movement Association,” Super Vac President Roger Weinmeister said. “At Super Vac, we like to build things, but one thing we don’t fabricate is our numbers. We want to make sure our fan delivers the results departments need.”

Weinmeister mentions the AMCA standard as well. It's crucial that departments purchase battery fans that have undergone testing in accordance with the new AMCA 240-22 standard.

The purpose of this new standard is to record battery fans and certain factors.
The V-MAX is IP rated, EMI compliant, and certified by DIN and CE.

Super Vac is the first company to develop a PPV that works with the STIHL AP platform. The V-MAX is the most compatible fan available because it functions with DeWalt FLEXVOLT, Milwuakee M18, Makita XGT, and HURST E3/EWXT batteries, much like its Valor heritage predecessor.

Super Vac provides a battery-powered smoke ejector series and a battery chainsaw conversion kit in addition to battery-powered PPVs.

The V-MAX, which comes in 16-, 18-, and 20-inch wheel/handle configurations, also debuts with new graphics, colors, and a new appearance. Make sure to check out FDIC Booth #3606 for the new V-MAX.
