NAFECO Expands Gulf Coast Prescence With Purchase of Bonaventure Fire and Safety
NAFECO, Inc. announced the successful completion of an asset purchase agreement with Rayne, LA-based Bonaventure Fire & Safety. This is a major turning point in our dedication to giving the Gulf Coast region top-notch fire and rescue equipment. Rosenbauer has formally assigned NAFECO territory for the state of Louisiana and the southern portion of Mississippi as part of this strategic expansion. This change guarantees that departments in these areas will have direct access to both NAFECO's well-known customer service and Rosenbauer's industry-leading equipment.
"At NAFECO, our mission has always been to support those who protect our communities with the best equipment and service available. Acquiring the Rayne, LA, facility and bringing the talented Bonaventure sales and service team into our family allows us to provide an unmatched level of local support. We are honored to expand our partnership with Rosenbauer and look forward to serving the departments of Louisiana and Mississippi with excellence," Brandon Oaks, CEO and president of NAFECO, said.
"I am incredibly proud of what we’ve built at Bonaventure, and I know that NAFECO is the right partner to carry that legacy forward. Their commitment to excellence ensures that our customers and our team—including Willie, Donnie, and our service staff—are in the best possible position to continue serving fire departments. This move strengthens the support system for first responders
across the Gulf Coast," Nolan LeBlanc, owner and president of Bonaventure Fire and Safety, said.
With the purchase of Bonaventure's Rayne, LA, facility, NAFECO is better positioned than ever to provide quicker, more specialized service. From South Mississippi to Louisiana and Eastern Texas, this strategic hub will act as the main service center for both new and current clients.
