SecureView is a clear polycarbonate window and door boarding system that is practical alternative to plywood for securing vacant properties. Designed to look like glass, it improves the safety for first responders by allowing them to see inside the building. SecureView is virtually unbreakable, so vandals and squatters can’t break in and start fires.
Firefighters can gain access into the property by cutting through the clear polycarbonate material with a power saw. SecureView is installed using a compression bolt and interior bracing bar system, permitting egress from the building by striking the bracing bar from the inside.
