TX Firefighters Battle Massive Mulch Fire

Dozens of Fort Worth firefighters responded to an early morning fire that spread through a large mulch pile at a landfill on Oct. 4. The pile, about 300 feet long by 50 feet wide and 20 feet high, is expected to burn for days. Firefighters worked to prevent the fire from spreading to other nearby pallet piles and other debris.
