AR Dispatcher Under Fire for Criticizing Dying Woman

Debra Stevens’ SUV was caught in a flash flood in Fort Smith when she called 911. The dispatcher, whose name was not released, responded with criticisms for getting stuck, at one point telling her to “shut up.”
