A three-alarm blaze in the Highbridge area of the Bronx had hundreds of firefighters battling raging flames that spread to up to four houses early Sunday.
The fire broke out at about 6 a.m., and residents were woken by a fire alarm and a burning odor, News 12 Bronx reports. One house was completely consumed by the blaze, and three to four other homes were damaged.

It was unclear if anyone was injured in the fire. The cause of the blaze is being investigated, News 12 added.
