PA FFs Tackle Three-Alarm Blaze
Heavy fire and smoke were encountered by Reading firefighters respondig to a house fire Monday.
The occupant, who escaped from the blaze, suffered burns, according to Berks Weekly.
A firefighter also was injured, but the severity is not known.
Although the cause remains under investigation, Reading Fire Marshal Jeremy Searfoss saida space heater may have been involved.
The three-alarm fire spread from the original house to one next door as firefighters from several towns battled the blaze.
