The house fire

While on scene, investigators found spray paint on three vehicles, records state. They also found an above-ground pool with a lacerated liner that caused it to leak.

Overall, the damage was estimated at more than $10,000, records state.

Smashed windshield

At about 7:30 p.m. on April 7, court records allege, Condon jumped on the hood of an occupied vehicle at the Davenport Skatepark, 900 W. River Drive. He kicked the windshield, breaking it.
