Flames Burn House that Survived Palisades Wildfire

The presence of Los Angeles firefighters in the neighborhood brought back memories for residents.

A house that survived the historic Palisades wildfire seven months ago was damaged by fire Wednesday.

The fire appears to have started near an electrical panel, Los Angeles firefighters told KCAL.

The presence of firefighters brought back memories for residents, many of whom lost their houses during the Jan. 7 fire.

"It's really tough to make it through one of the biggest disasters in LA history. Luckily, we were able to get here pretty quick and able to put it out," Capt. Kevin Easton said.
