Watch: Los Angeles Firefighters Ventilate Roof of Restaurant Fire

Firefighters from several Los Angeles fire stations responded to a fire at Rincon Oaxaqueno in East Hollywood.

Close to two dozen Los Angeles fire companies responded to a late-night fire that gutted a restaurant in East Hollywood Friday.

Firefighters from Fire Station 82 arrived to find fire in Rincon Oaxaqueno on North Western Avenue just after 11 p.m.. 

Crews found heavy fire in the attic and employed a transitional attack, the fire department stated.

As firefighters ventilated the roof and heavy fire shot from the ventilation openings, crews entered the structure to begin an interior attack.
