Days after the Cameron Peak Fire became made the record books by becoming the largest wildfire in Colorado history crews were hammered by high winds over the weekend.

Raw video posted Monday on social media by the Colorado Division of Fire Prevention and Control showed driving gusts pummeling firefighters as they worked to contain the massive wildfire, which had burned more than 203,000 acres in Larimer County, NBC News reports. The footage—which seems to resemble the surface of Mars, with a thick cloud of dust and dirt hanging in the red-orange airalso showed firefighters as they worked to stay standing in gusts that reached as high as 70 mph Saturday, which hampered efforts on the ground and in the air.

On Sunday, weather conditions seem to favor firefighters, with winds dying down and humidity increasing. But that was short-lived as conditions dried up and the high winds returned, according to the Denver Post.

As of Monday morning, the wildfire was 62 percent contained.
