On June 23 a warehouse fire was reported at Park and Empire at 8 p.m. Companies arrived to find smoke showing from the roof. Companies gained access into the warehouse to find fire conditions in the middle of the warehouse.
Crews placed a 2 ½” hand line in operation as Ladder 1 set up for master stream operations. Interior crews reported fire conditions in the roof area. Ladder 1 placed the Ladder Pipe in operation to knock the bulk of the fire down. Crews went back in to open up.
The fire was placed under control with no reported injuries. All agencies in Camden City have the fire under investigation.
